Dear Friends and Members of the Tri-County Chapter of the Mountain State Council of the Blind:
For those of you who do not know me my name is Gerry Fitzpatrick a legally blind disabled
Vietnam Veteran and a member of this chapter. Kimberly Kleiman our newely elected President
of the chapter has asked me to take over as chairperson for the fund raising committee and I told
her that I would assist her in any way I can.
The reason I write you is because I will need your help in raising funds for our chapter and also need ideas on what is the best way to accoumplish this so that we can do more activities in our community. If you have any ideas or ways we can have successful fundraisers please send me a e-mail and give me your suggestions. For our chapter to be successful we need to have the funds to keep the chapter going and one way is for you to get involved in chapter business and fundraising is one of the most important ways of doing this.
